Delete information on your device

1. Open Mane AI and remove individual cat, expense, photo or reminder records where an in-app delete action is available.
2. Open your phone's Settings, choose Apps, select Mane AI, then choose Storage and Clear data to remove remaining local records and cached clinic results.
3. Uninstall Mane AI after clearing data if you no longer want the app on the device.

Menu labels differ by Android version. Clearing app data cannot be undone and may remove unsynced information.

Request deletion of server-side data

Open the Mane AI Support page, complete the contact form, and choose Account or data as the request type. Use the subject “Mane AI data deletion request.”

The Support page is the primary contact method for deletion requests. Do not send passwords, API keys, government IDs or veterinary documents unless we specifically request information needed for verification.

Tell us the username or anonymous app identifier visible in Settings, if available. We may ask for reasonable verification. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law.

Information that may remain

Deletion removes or anonymizes eligible personal data connected to the verified request. Limited records may remain where reasonably required for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution or proof that the request was completed. Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you may also remain.
