Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Mane AI. Please read them before using the app, website or related services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing Mane AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. The service

Mane AI helps users organize cat profiles, expenses, reminders, photos and care information; find nearby veterinary clinics; access AI-assisted tools; and browse third-party marketplace offers. Features may vary by device, region, permission, internet access, ad availability or app version.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and keep your device and access credentials secure.
  • Use the service lawfully and do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or abuse it.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious content.
  • Verify reminders, directions, clinic details, prices and marketplace information before relying on them.

4. AI and veterinary disclaimer

Mane AI provides general educational and organizational assistance. AI responses can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They are not diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice or a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Do not delay professional care because of the service. For urgent symptoms or suspected poisoning, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.

5. Ads, rewards and third-party offers

Some features may require completion of a clearly disclosed rewarded ad. A reward is granted only after successful completion and may be limited by ad availability. Other ad formats may appear in policy-compliant placements.

Product and clinic links lead to independent services. We do not control their availability, safety, pricing, terms or transactions. Affiliate links may earn Mane AI a commission at no added cost to you. Inclusion is not a veterinary or product endorsement.

6. Your content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to submit that content. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

7. Availability, warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, ad availability, clinic availability or preservation of all device-local data. Back up information important to your cat's care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mane AI and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, reliance on AI output, missed reminders, third-party providers, clinics, advertisements or marketplace purchases. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension, changes and contact

We may restrict access when needed for safety, legal compliance or service integrity. We may change features or these Terms and will update the date above. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be submitted through the Support page.
